Ruttger’s Resorts date back to 1898 when Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge was founded by Joseph and Josephine Ruttger. Today, two of their great-grandsons own and operate resorts. They have a close working relationship but operate as separate businesses and friendly competitors. They believe in the importance of a hands-on owner/operator dedicated to each resort’s success.
